Through equal parts education, experience and reflection, we transform your relationships
to your break-up, and more importantly, to your self.
Our Hudson Valley Retreat takes place from February 14-17th
on a private estate is located just 60 minutes North of NYC via train or car
and from all local airports.
Our weekend is open to all women and is a
safe space for WOC and LGBT participants.
Each day will have a selection of curated workshops interspersed with time for reflection, delicious farm to table meals, and connecting with your fellow guests.
Journals for reflection will be gifted to all guests in their Self-Centered
